CyberSleuth

JobMachine’s ACES Team is blazing the trail on targeted, scalable, proactive identification of critical talent.  We require a new CyberSleuth to help play a pivotal role in making this ground-breaking sourcing strategy a reality for our select clients. As a researcher, you will be combining both electronic research and ethical telephone elicitation skills to locate hard-to-find talent. 

Successful candidates will be well-versed in primary and secondary intelligence gathering, cold calling, and online social networking. They will have demonstrated success in identifying and filling jobs with complex search criteria. We require deep knowledge of search engine syntax in at least three search engines, thorough understanding of internet sourcing methodologies, and comprehensive experience with search automation tools.

Lead CyberSleuth

Do you have a proven track record in grooming and developing talent, even outside your direct reports? Enjoy testing and implementing experimental, leading-edge technology?  Do you dream in Boolean and develop sourcing techniques in your sleep with both hands tied behind your back and your neck in a vice? Are sourcing strategies like your second language? If you look at vast volumes of data, do you immediately recognize patterns?

This role is charged with taking JobMachine ACES's internal sourcing and research capabilities to the next level. Ready to build and develop an industry-leading internal research group?  The individual to head this effort must drive and develop processes and technologies associated with a best-in-class internal research function. You will be responsible for exploring new methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for our key clients.
