Arbita Appoints Technology Executive Ed Haswell CTO

Prior to joining Arbita™, Haswell served as a Software Architect and Development Lead at United Health Group, a leader in the health care industry. His experience in Information Systems Management spans over two decades and includes leadership roles in Applications Development, Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Technical Support.
