Arbita Acquires The Staffing Institute
Ensures Ongoing Provision of Best-Practice Information and Resources
to Staffing Professionals
Minneapolis, MN – July 30, 2009 – Arbita, a leading provider of recruitment marketing technology, media and services, today announced they have acquired The Staffing Institute, a nonprofit organization with a mission to help companies optimize their staffing performance by providing them with best-practice information and resources. Arbita will invest additional resources on an ongoing basis to ensure the continuance of that mission.

Arbita will incorporate The Staffing Institute within Arbita Consulting and Education Services (ACES). ACES provides a wide range of services to staffing professionals, including workshops, self-help products, recruiter and sourcer development, and consulting. The Staffing Institute acquisition will bolster the group’s expansive knowledge base of best-practice information and resources. Furthermore, the acquisition will provide ACES with additional conceptual models for metrics and benchmarking, and provide the group with access to new tools and techniques for measuring and managing staffing performance.
