The process starts with a needs assessment/gap analysis with respect to core competencies. Then we continue with a full 360 degree SWOT analysis of the recruitment and sourcing functions as they relate both to each other and to stakeholders in the organization. We then discuss with management and/or practice leaders how to address identified faults, create a detailed remediation plan, and determine an appropriate amount of consulting time.
